A concerted effort towards finishing a baby sampler. This gift didn't make it in time for baby's first Christmas, and as my brother and family had moved away, I have to admit there was somewhat of a stalling whilst I was busy 'getting over myself '. But as there's a visit imminent this weekend, I'm trying to get it finished for the end of the weekend if possible. If not, then it shall wait until their next visit, or Christmas, whichever comes first. But I shall be happy knowing I tried, and even happier if it makes it to FFO this week.
The toys have all been looking a bit Zombie-esque with no eyes or noses, so I'm very happy with tonight's progress which sees eyes and noses for all but the duck, completed paw and leg for teddy bear, wheels on giraffe, and,a good deal of t-shirt work for teddy. Still to come are tshirt finish and then the baby's details under the shelf. I will share once complete on here.
