Software....and stitches..reflecting on life's changes as we go along. It started with my OU journey, but the blog and I have evolved over time, to become something more - right now it's friendship and cross stitch, tomorrow - who knows?

Secret Stitching Sweetheart blog hop
Thanks to Jo over at http://serendipitousstitching.blogspot.com for hosting the Hop. If you didn't already come here from there, then hop back that way to find out who to visit next.
This lovely motto "Stitching takes me to a Happy Place" was posted by my Secret Stitching Sweetheart, I'm looking forward to hopping around today to find out who got my little entry too, that I stitched in my own little happy place.
Happy Valentine's Day! Ooooh, I love this little stitch...I wonder who made it, but sadly it wasn't me. I hope you find your sweetheart soon! Happy Stitching!
That design is one of a set of four "Crafting Cards" by Emma Congdon from the little booklet the Joy of Kindness with The World of Cross Stitching issue 303. Hmmm perhaps you will have guessed..yes this one was me. I don't normally do word heavy stitches so this was an interesting departure for me.
I did guess, but only after visiting the rest of the Hop. Helps that I know my lots of my BFF's stitching preferences. I love this, it speaks a lot to me having moved into my new crafting happy place.
Thanks for taking part in the Secret Stitching Sweetheart Blog Hop this year. This is a lovely design, I randomise who gets which design so have no control over it! It's done by numbers so I make sure no-one gets their own though.
That's a lovely sentiment ... it's not me, Happy Valentine's Day 💕
ReplyDeleteWhat a love stitch, but not mine! Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteGreat pattern, love those motto stitchings, it is not mine. Joyeuse Saint Valentin ! Amicalement. xxx
